1.4 km snowmobile trail, maintained by a local snowmobile club runs along the north edge of the property, with cycling and hiking trails in the interior.

Access: Approximatley 7km southeast of Durham. Take Highway 6 east on Grey County Road 4 (old highway 4) then south on Camp Oliver Road. Access is gained through Grey COunty Forest #19 Grey Main Camp Oliver-follow trails leading south on eastern parcel of this property.
